Juni Block für das CQJP 2013/June Block for the CQJP 2013

I'm very far behind stitching my blocks for the CQJP 2013. I hope I will catch up during the next weeks! My June Block is dedicated to Rome, the Eternal City:

I'sorry to say I also had to neglect TAST 2013. For all people interested in stitching and learning: TAST means Take A Stitch Tuesday. Every week Sharon Boggon publishes a new stitch on her website. This is a wonderful possibility to learn. You always can jump in! Here you will find all informations about this great project!

Hier seht ihr zwei übereinander gelagerte Reihen Up and down buttonhole stitch (Stich 61) in zwei verschiedenen Farben:

In this block I tried to learn and use several Tast 2013 stitches. Here you see two layered rows of Up and down buttonhole stitch (Stitch#61) in two different colours:

Echt genial! Auf You Tube gefunden, schaut mal hier

Rembrandt is one of the most fascinating painters, engravers, etchers and drawers for me. I really laughed about this flashmob in celebration of the re-opening of the Rijksmuseum in Amstaredam. It took place in a Shopping Mall in Breda. Really great! Found it on You Tube, have a look here.

 Habt ein schönes Wochenende!

 Have a nice weekend!
